How it works

  • Once we’ve ironed out the details and signed the contract, we book a discovery call where I ask you a bunch of questions and you brain splurge everything about your business.

  • Depending on the scope agreed, I’ll start message mining from the customer research and source material you’ve provided, or from conducting interviews with key customers and stakeholders. I’ll also do a competitor analysis to understand what messaging will stand out from the competition.

  • After getting to know your business, customers and competitors I’m ready to start constructing your core messages. Your guide will include core messaging statements, brand manifesto, About Us copy, brand values, mission, and vision statements.

  • Once I’ve developed a first draft of your messaging playbook, I’ll play it back to you in a Loom video to show you the process and rationale behind the messaging.

  • Once you’ve had a chance to digest the playbook and discuss with your team, you’ll provide detailed feedback and I’ll fine-tune the playbook. Once you’re happy, it’s job done and we’re ready to start putting it all into action.
